Blank Rome Represents Harbour Group in its Acquisition of Nationwide Industries

Represented Harbour Group, a privately owned, operations focused company based in St. Louis, Mo., and a long-standing firm client, in its acquisition of Nationwide Industries (“NWI”), a leading supplier of specialty hardware to OEMs, distributors and installers in the fence and gate, railing and patio markets.
