A Blank Rome team represented Magna5 MS LLC, NewSpring Holdings’ managed information technology (“IT”), cybersecurity, and cloud-based services platform, in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Shock I.T., Inc., a regional leader in managed IT, cybersecurity, and network and wireless design and installation services based in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The transaction closed on April 4, 2025.
