Blank Rome’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is composed of representatives from across our Firm’s various practice groups and geographies.
Serving in an advisory capacity, our committee is focused on initiatives to support and encourage an inclusive and high-performing culture and to provide input on recruiting and retention programs, designed to attract and develop talented lawyers from all backgrounds--valuing diversity of identities, lived experiences, and perspectives to be successful practitioners and firm contributors based on merit, without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, or any other protected characteristics.
