ABOUT THE SESSION
This session will provide insights from a diverse panel of experts on the traffic safety mergers and acquisitions landscape who will provide updates on merger and acquisition activity and the growing investor interest in the traffic safety sector. The panel will discuss how the current equity and debt capital markets impact traffic safety companies and their growth prospects and how to increase a business’s value from an investor’s perspective, considering financial and operational factors. They will also offer guidance on legal considerations to prepare a business for a growth capital transaction or sale, optimizing the transaction terms.
