Benjamin D. Brownstein

Benjamin Brownstein concentrates his practice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities law.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Benjamin served as a summer associate at the firm and a judicial intern for the President Judge Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

A certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Benjamin also previously served as a tax associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
