Biography
Danielle concentrates her practice on business finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, including cash-flow and asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and other commercial lending transactions.
During law school, Danielle served as a legal scholarship editor of the New York Law School Law Review and vice president of the New York Law School Dispute Resolution Team. She was also a student attorney for the New York Law School Mediation Clinic.
