Biography
Jack Milligan focuses his practice on a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters.
Jack represents and advises employers in connection with a variety of issues, including restrictive covenants and trade secrets disputes; wage and hour actions; and single and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims. He also routinely assists employers in responding to charges of discrimination filed with administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its state counterparts.
While in law school, Jack served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Renee Harris Toliver in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Jack was also a casenote & comment editor for the SMU Law Review Association.
Outside the Firm
Jack is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, and enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
