Biography
John Masland concentrates his practice on finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. He represents banks, financial institutions, and borrowers in connection with a wide range of transactions, including asset-based lending, secured transactions, commercial financing, and real estate financing.
During law school, John served as a note editor for the American Journal of Law & Medicine, interned with the Honorable Kermit Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and worked at Greater Boston Legal Services. He previously worked in management consulting.
Outside the Firm
John enjoys alpine ski touring and other human-powered adventures.
