Biography

Morgan Fraser Mouchette concentrates her practice on matrimonial matters, and has experience representing clients in all aspects of family law, such as:

  • Prenuptial agreements
  • Postnuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • International child abduction

Morgan listens to the needs and circumstances of each family and provides tailored support for each unique situation. She has settled complicated custody and high-net-worth financial matters, and also has experience litigating matters in New York Family and Supreme Courts, as well as international child abduction matters in New York Federal Courts.

Professional Activities

Morgan serves as a member of the board of directors of the New York Women’s Bar Association (“NYWBA”).

In 2015, Morgan was named a Blank Rome fellow to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, a landmark program created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. That same year, she also received Blank Rome’s Edwin P. Rome Pro Bono Award for her successful work representing an Iraq war veteran in connection with a difficult custody matter.

Morgan also serves as co-chair of BR United and is a member of the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
