Biography
Nicolas Bednarek concentrates his practice on general litigation matters.
Nicolas previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome as well as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jerrold N. Poslusny, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
During law school, Nicolas was a teaching assistant, member of the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court, and volunteer for the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project and the Rutgers Domestic Violence Project.
