Taylor C. Morosco

Biography

Taylor Morosco represents and advises employers on a variety of labor and employment matters. Her litigation experience ranges from single plaintiff claims to complex class and representative actions, with an emphasis on discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims. She has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court, as well administrative agencies such as the California Labor Commissioner.

Taylor also counsels employers on human resources and employee relations issues, including employee handbooks and policies, employee discipline, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was an assistant attorney general and fellow for the employment litigation division of the Attorney General’s Office for the District of Columbia. As an assistant attorney general, she second-chaired a five-day jury trial and won a defense verdict. She was also a fellow for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Transportation Security Administration. 

During law school, Taylor served on the Academic Integrity Committee and during her third year she was selected to be the only student voting member on a faculty panel. She also interned for the United States Department of Justice and the Honorable Judge Jennifer DiToro.

Outside the Firm

Taylor enjoys cooking, yoga, being outdoors, and traveling.
