Biography
Tyler K. Buchholz concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
Tyler previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Tyler served as a law clerk at a leading association representing regulated investment funds, a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Robert J. Conrad at the U.S. Western District of North Carolina, and a law clerk at a nonprofit legal aid society.
During law school, Tyler served as a staff editor for the Catholic University Law Review.
Outside the Firm
Tyler enjoys playing golf, coaching travel baseball, and traveling the world.
